We work on a one-to-one basis and focus on optimising health, whether that be through weight loss, allergy control, coping with long term illness or anything else. Our aim is to give you confidence in eating the right way for you and your circumstances.

These can be between 30-60 minutes and will provide you with relevant information helping you understand the relationship between food and your health

 

During your consultation we can tailor a  health programme specifically for you and will take your current diet, lifestyle and health history into consideration when we help you achieve your goal.

Our bodies process food in such a way that everything it does is affected by what we put in it. We often think that what goes into our mouth simply "passes through" our tummies but the nutrients are actually carried out into our blood stream meaning your intake can affect every cell; from the top of your head, to the tips of your toes and there are almost limitless benefits to working towards a healthy diet.

Food Diaries

Although these can be tiresome to fill in, there are some benefits to keeping a food diary. We suggest for your first appointment that you keep a food diary for at least five days, ensuring that you include a weekend. Not only is this helpful to us; you may find it useful to later see how far you've come.

 

Food diaries are not essential so if you simply don't have time; have just been diagnosed with an intolerance for example,  we can work without.

You health program entirely depends on you, we work with your lifestyle to ensure you will reach your goal. Many of us don't have time to prepare food or are able change everything about the way we eat overnight so we work with you to show you how to introduce health to your current lifestyle.
